Lissette's pageant career spans the globe. In 2007, Lissette won the title of Miss Cuban American where she represented Cuba in international pageants such as Queen of the World, where she was crowned; Reina Hispanoamericana in Bolivia, placing third runner-up and Miss Caribbean World as First Runner up.
Lissette became Miss Florida USA in 2011 and was coined the Cat-Walk Diva at Miss USA 2011 where she finish in the Top 15.
Today, she dedicates her time coaching other aspiring beauty queens to rock the stage with the same passion and swagger. As once a young competitor herself who benefited from great coaching, Lissette knows how to connect with the next generation of pageant queens. She has a niche for bringing out the best in everyone and helping her clients become confident young women through encouragement and boosting their self esteem for optimal on-stage performance.
Lissette is the official coach of Miss Universe Iceland and United States of America Miss.
Lissette has also spent time under television lights. She worked at South Florida's ABC affiliate news station, WPLG Local10 where she appeared as an on-air feature reporter as well as at KFOX in El Paso, TX and CBS Miami. Lissette's other passion is her family. She is a wife and mother of three children.
